Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days starting since the day you received the product. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received the product and we have not received any notification from you, unfortunately we will not make you a refund.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns due to damages associated with the usage of the product.

 In case you decide to proceed with a return, please use our CONTACT US page or send a email to manager@inovania.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Describe the malfunction or problem that the product has
  • Attach a photo or video if it helps to understand the situation

 

Do not send the product to the manufacturer. Use only the contact options mentioned above. Please make sure you comply with we conditions described above related with the product and the packaging, because we cannot proceed with a refund in case they are only parcially complied. 

 

We will answer in two working days or earlier. Is your claim has all the requested information and it is within our Refund Policy terms, we will answer to your email with a link to download a FedEx or DHL link to print your return shipment sheet. Return shipment does not have any cost for you. Also, we will ask you to provide a PayPal account reference to reimburse you with the cost you paid for the product. We do not use other methods for money refund at this moment.
